Job Description
Responsible to partner with Business Heads and SBU HR heads to focus on building necessary skills and competencies in the work force trough training & Development.
Develop methods and Tools to measure impact and effectiveness across the Company.
To Work collaboratively across the Divsions to ensure upload and completion of PMS in the Organisation.
Institutionalizing
feedback and coaching process.
Responsible
to deliver programmes on Leadership Development,
Career Development and Succession Planning.
Handhold
and assist in implementation of all HR strategic
initiatives through SBU –HR heads.
Contextual Information
External
The
candidates should have excellent communication in
knowledge in English
The
candidate is required to operate based out of
Chennai.
Willing
to travel across the locations.
