Location : Chennai – Corporate office
Experience : 13 - 20 years
Age : 38 – 45 Years
Industry Type : Manufacturing Industry.
Functions Handled : Oriented to HR Activities
Education : UG – Any stream
Professional Qualification: MBA / MSW Full time no part time education
Function Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of HR systems like Performance Management, Training, Recruitment, Retention strategies, Compensation Management etc.
Language Skills: Good English communication with working knowledge of Tamil.
Job Description
Working
closely with department managers to understand and
implement policies and procedures.
Coordination
of the recruitment process
Developing
policies on issues such as working conditions,
performance management
Advising
on pay and other remuneration issues, including
promotion and benefits
Undertaking
regular salary reviews
Listening
to grievances and implementing disciplinary
procedures
Developing,
with line managers, HR planning strategies, which
consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
in terms of numbers and skill levels
Planning
and sometimes delivering training, including
inductions for new staff
Analysing
training needs in conjunction with departmental
managers.
