Mr. Sam Yuel Park completed his graduation in
sociology from PUSAN National University, Korea. He
received his MBA from the KAIST University. He also
worked in the Korean Special Army for 3 years where
in he was trained in parachuting and deployed for
fro military force.
Mr. S Y Park has over 14 years of experience in
handling industrial relations of which, 10 years was
in Hyundai Motor Company, Korea and 4 years in
Hyundai Motor India. His interest area is
Organization Culture and Behavior. He is currently
the head of Employee relations, Industrial relations
& Training functions in Hyundai Motors India.
He conducts many internal training on IR and
organizational Culture at HMI. He also conducts
training on IR Management to HMI Vendor HR
Personnel. Recently he addressed the Sriperumbadur
HR fraternity through EFSI. He has great passion for
reading books. He is a soccer and Golf player. His
hobbies include swimming and cycling. He is a
Taekwonda (Korean Martial Art) Trainer. |
