The second innings of Chennai
Chapter's HR T20 is all set!!
One of the objectives of NHRDN
is to promote the sharing of good practices amongst members.
The Chennai Chapter has pioneered a simple yet powerful
format that is exciting for the presenters and the audience
- the T20 format.
In the T20 format, each member
will present any one of their company's HR Practices using
20 slides each displayed for 20 seconds in automatic
transition i.e. total time 6 minutes 40 seconds per
presentation. The challenge is for the members to create a
presentation that conveys the idea crisply, yet clearly.
