Dear Member,
Leadership Development is now
critical to the long term success of a company. As Indian
companies gain size by pursuing growth opportunities both in
India and abroad, one big concern of CEOs is “where will the
leaders come from to drive and manage this growth?”.
While the topic attracts a lot
of attention, we seldom see real scientific rigor and
analysis on this. What are the best sources of leadership
talent? What difference to a company’s performance does
having a good leadership pipeline make? What are the best
companies doing in this important area?
That will be the focus of our
July Meeting.
